Garden Café

New York, NY

Go on; judge this book by its cover! Raised from the ashes of a former garden, this café provides an oasis, both in and out door, from the concrete jungle. Breakfast, lunch or dinner, this family run business has been serving the community since 1967. Stop on in and “grow” with this garden. WAHI

Grill on the hill sports bar
,
1624 Amsterdam Ave
646-838-8879

It was Bill Musacchia’s dream to open up a bar, not a pretentious place, but a simple place with good food where good friends to come to share good times. That dream became reality when he opened up the Grill on the Hill in September, 2014. Though Bill has recently passed on, he’s never far from our thoughts and we’re dedicated to making the Grill on the Hill the kind of place he dreamed of.

That means we’re just folks. We’re a neighborhood bar which, to us, doesn’t just mean we’re here in the neighborhood, it means we’re here for the neighborhood. We’re a part of the community and we always will be.

If you’re looking for a place to unwind after work or to take a break from your studies, we’re just the kind of place you’re looking for. We offer great food and a wide selection of beers in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere that will get your mind off all the nonsense.
